What is your Application and Administrative Fee?
Our application fee is $50 for each applicant 18 years of age or older, and there is a $200 administrative fee per unit.
Do you require a security deposit, and if so, how much?
Yes. Security deposits start at $300 with approved credit. The maximum security deposit may be up to two times the monthly rent.
Do you accept co-signers or guarantors?
Yes.
Do you allow subletting or lease transfers?

Do you require Renters Insurance?

When is rent due each month?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
What is the late fee policy?
A $10 daily late fee applies.
